By accessing and using GroSignage ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

GroSignage is a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows users to create, manage, and display content on digital screens. The Service includes:

  • Screen management and pairing
  • Content scheduling and playback
  • Media library storage
  • Playlist creation and management
  • Multi-user access controls

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to display, upload, or transmit any content that:

  • Is adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Is illegal, criminal, or fraudulent
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
  • Promotes illegal activities or substances
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. However, by using GroSignage, you grant us a license to store and display your content on your behalf.

Data Retention: We reserve the right to delete user content that:

  • Violates our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Has not been accessed or updated for more than 90 days
  • Is associated with an inactive or suspended account
  • Exceeds storage limits of your subscription plan

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
  • Providing accurate and lawful content

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service:

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • For maintenance or updates
  • If required by law or regulatory authorities
  • If we determine the service poses a security risk

7. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Notify us of any changes to your payment method
  • Accept that price changes will be communicated in advance

8. Limitation of Liability

GroSignage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, software, and materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GroSignage harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GroSignage operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
